Škoda delivered six Pacific locomotives to Lithuania late in 1939. These locomotives fell into German hands in mid-1941 and were then sold to Czech-Moravian Railways in 1943. After the war they remained in Czechoslovakia, but as an odd type they were soon relegated to secondary duties and put on reserve. By the sixties they were mostly found as steam generating boilers until being scrapped. The author has collected an amazing amount of information, old documents and photos of these less than well-known engines.
